CHALLENGE: TEST THE USABILITY OF A NEW ONLINE FORM TO IDENTIFY INITIAL BUGS AND ABILITY OF USERS TO COMPLETE BASIC TASKS.
The City commissioned a 3rd party software developer to change the experience and, with the redesign, the RAP site would allow its users to create accounts, file forms online and view the status of filings.
